We are a not-for-profit organisation established by Dr David Allen to provide a low cost platform to deliver telehealth across Australia and internationally. We are sponsored by Managenet, Fujitsu PC Australia, and EmpowerIT.

Dr David Allen and his team have been providing occupational medicine telehealth consultations 24/7 from QOH across Australia for years now in private practice. From that experience we recognised the great benefit telehealth has for patients and health professionals, especially for those in rural and remote areas.

We have in place the technology and know how to allow thousands of telehealth consultations to be able to carried out on our infrastructure. We have engineers maintaining our systems and ample training materials for end-users. The aim is to make it easy for doctors and patients to access secure high-definition telehealth video conferencing technology.

Our highly secure system hosted in an ASIO T4 certified data centre is open to doctors, health professionals, aged care facilities and Aboriginal medical services to connect to colleagues anywhere they may be at any time.

We are committed to helping disadvantaged Australians and also developing countries. As such we facilitate health access for remote communities who have limited access to conventional health services or who wish to enhance their current outreach services with telehealth consultations. Funding we receive is put back into improving services particularly to disadvantaged communities and patients most in need of health care both in Australia and in the developing world.

We are able to view patients with high definition video. This enables very detailed visual examination and even close-ups to 5cm. This allows us to examine skin conditions, for instance, with great detail and accuracy.
