Privacy and security are very important to us. We know it is extremely important to you as well. That's why we have chosen the most sophisticated and advanced security protocols available today to safeguard our systems and your information.

Each consultation is protected from the time of invitation, signing in and throughout the consultation until its end.

When we invite you to join our consultation, we protect your information with a digital signature. We use RSA - the most commonly used protocol for digital signatures. Our software allows us to use 1024-bit key length encryption which is virtually un-hackable. To “hack” this, it would take a group of computer “super-geeks” who are very interested in medicine, US$30 million, a hypothetical supercomputer (which is non-existent) and one year to decrypt or “hack” the digital signature for a particular consultation. This would be impossible as a consult does not take one year to complete!

Once connection is established, encryption of the consultation ensures confidentiality and privacy. We choose to use Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) for our consultations. This standard is set by the National Security Agency in the United States and is the most advanced encryption protocol in the world.
